China Has The Tech To Launch EMP Attack Against US

The EMP Task Force and National and Homeland Security released a report on China’s ability to launch an Electromagnetic Pulse attack on the United States.

Dr. Peter Pry, executive director of the task force, said China now has super EMP weapons, can protect itself against an EMP attack, and has developed protocols to conduct a first-strike attack.

The Center For Strategic International Studies says China holds the world’s most active ballistic missile development program. China used stolen U.S. technology to develop three types of high-tech weapons to attack the electric grid and technologies that could cause a deadly blackout throughout the country.

China has created a network of satellites, high-speed missiles, and super-electromagnetic pulse weapons to melt down the electric grid, fry critical communications, and neutralize aircraft carriers to respond.

“The physical and social fabric of the United States is sustained by a system of systems – a complex and dynamic network of interlocking and interdependent infrastructures whose harmonious functioning enables the myriad actions, transactions, and information flow that undergird the orderly conduct of civil society,” according to the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from EMP Attack.

China spends the second most on military, a third of what the US spends in dollar, but almost the same percentage of its GDP.
